Comment créer un domaine supplémentaire ou un sous-domaine dans cPanel ?

cPanel lets you host more than one website on a single account. An addon domain is a separate domain, while a sous-domaine is a section of an existing domain (like blog.yourdomain.com). Here is how to create each.

Creating a subdomain #

1. Connectez-vous à cPanel.
2. Dans le Domaines section, cliquez sur Domaines ou Subdomains.
3. Cliquez sur Create a New Domain (or the subdomain option).
4. Enter the subdomain, for example blog.yourdomain.com.
5. Confirm the document root folder and create it.

Creating an addon domain #

1. Dans le Domaines section, cliquez sur Domaines.
2. Cliquez sur Create a New Domain.
3. Enter the new domain name.
4. Set its document root (the folder where its files live).
5. Cliquez sur Submit.

Make sure the addon domain’s DNS points to your server, usually by updating its nameservers.
