How to update your payment method #
- Inicia sesión en tu área de cliente.
- Abra el Facturación menu.
- Busca Manage Payment Methods o Formas de pago.
- Add your new card or bank details, or edit the existing entry.
- Save your changes and, if offered, set the new method as your default.
Updating an expired card #
If a card on file has expired, the quickest fix is to add the new card details and set it as your default payment method. Remove the old, expired card once the new one is saved, so future automatic payments use the correct card.
Choosing a method for a single invoice #
You do not have to use your default method for every payment. When paying an individual invoice, you can usually select a different available payment option at checkout for that specific invoice, without changing your saved default.
A note on security #
For your protection, card details are handled securely through the payment gateway rather than stored in plain form. Always update payment details yourself inside the client area, and never send full card numbers by email or chat, as no legitimate support team will ask for them that way.
