How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your account password, or simply want to update it for security reasons, you can reset it quickly through our client portal.

Steps to reset your password:

  1. Go to our Client Portal Login Page.
  2. Click on “Forgot?” below the login form.
  3. Enter the email address linked to your account.
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email (this may take up to 5 minutes).
    • If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.
  5. Follow the link in the email and set a new password.

Tips for a strong password:

  • Use at least 12 characters.
  • Mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
  • Avoid using personal details like your name or birthdate.
