If you’ve forgotten your account password, or simply want to update it for security reasons, you can reset it quickly through our client portal.
Steps to reset your password:
- Go to our Client Portal Login Page.
- Click on “Forgot?” below the login form.
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email (this may take up to 5 minutes).
- If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.
- Follow the link in the email and set a new password.
Tips for a strong password:
- Use at least 12 characters.
- Mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
- Avoid using personal details like your name or birthdate.
