Service Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once payment is received, Services are typically provisioned automatically or within 24 hours.<br>You will receive an email confirmation once setup is complete.<br>Some custom services (such as website design or onboarding) may require additional time, as communicated during the order process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We want our customers to be satisfied. However, because our Services involve digital products and server resources, the following applies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hosting and domain purchases are refundable <strong>within 30 days<\/strong> of the original order, unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds do <strong>not<\/strong> apply to domain registrations, SSL certificates, or third-party licenses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom website design or setup fees are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> once the project has started.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disoh reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
