Why don’t I see all payment methods?

Not all payment methods are available to every customer. The options you see during checkout depend on your country and the currency you have selected.

How it works #

  • Country-based availability: Some payment providers are only supported in certain regions (for example, iDEAL is only available in the Netherlands).
  • Currency restrictions: Specific payment methods may only work with EUR or USD. If you switch currency, you may notice different options.
  • Compliance & banking rules: Our payment partners follow international regulations, which can limit what is shown based on your location.

Example #

  • If you are in the Netherlands and paying in EUR, you will see iDEAL.
  • If you are outside the EU and paying in USD, you may see credit card or PayPal instead.

Tip:
If you prefer a different payment option, try switching your currency at the start of checkout.
