Deze berichten kunnen wat cryptisch overkomen, maar wijzen meestal op een duidelijke oorzaak. Deze handleiding helpt je om ze te begrijpen en de meest voorkomende problemen op te lossen.<\/p>\n<h2>Twee soorten stuiteren<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hard bounce:<\/strong> een permanente fout, zoals een adres dat niet bestaat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zachte weerkaatsing:<\/strong> een tijdelijk probleem, zoals een volle mailbox of een server die tijdelijk niet beschikbaar is.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Veelvoorkomende oorzaken van bounce en oplossingen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u201cGebruiker onbekend\u201d \/ \u201cdit adres bestaat niet\u201d:<\/strong> het adres is verkeerd of bestaat niet meer; controleer de spelling.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cPostvak vol\u201d:<\/strong> De inbox van de ontvanger is vol; hij of zij moet ruimte vrijmaken of het later nog eens proberen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cBericht als spam geweigerd\u201d:<\/strong> Verbeter uw authenticatie (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) en uw inhoud.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cToegang tot relay geweigerd\u201d:<\/strong> vaak een instelling voor de uitgaande server of voor authenticatie aan uw kant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Hoe lees je een bounce-bericht?<\/h2>\n<p>Kijk bovenaan naar de statustekst en eventuele foutcodes.
