De oplossing is om ruimte vrij te maken of je quota te verhogen. In deze handleiding wordt uitgelegd hoe je beide kunt doen en hoe je kunt voorkomen dat dit opnieuw gebeurt.<\/p>\n<h2>Waarom mailboxen vol raken<\/h2>\n<p>Elk bericht en elke bijlage telt mee voor de opslagruimte van je mailbox, en bij IMAP wordt alles op de server opgeslagen. Grote bijlagen, jarenoude e-mails en volle prullenbak- of spam-mappen zijn de gebruikelijke boosdoeners.<\/p>\n<h2>Snel ruimte vrijmaken<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Verwijder grote bijlagen en oude berichten die je niet meer nodig hebt.<\/li>\n<li>Maak de mappen \u201ePrullenbak\u201c en \u201eOngewenste e-mail\/Spam\u201c leeg.<\/li>\n<li>Sla belangrijke oude e-mails op je computer op als je een desktopclient gebruikt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Verhoog je quotum<\/h2>\n<p>Als je regelmatig meer ruimte nodig hebt, verhoog dan de quota van je mailbox in het gedeelte \u2018E-mailaccounts\u2019 van je configuratiescherm, binnen de totale opslagruimte van je abonnement.
