Zodra je een mailbox hebt aangemaakt in DirectAdmin, kost het slechts een paar minuten om deze toe te voegen aan een iPhone of Android-apparaat. In deze handleiding wordt uitgelegd welke instellingen je nodig hebt en hoe je deze moet invoeren.<\/p>\n<h2>Voordat je begint<\/h2>\n<p>Zorg dat je de volgende gegevens bij de hand hebt; je vindt ze in DirectAdmin onder \u2018E-mailaccounts\u2019 via de link \u2018Apparaat instellen\u2019:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>E-mailadres en wachtwoord.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Inkomende server (IMAP):<\/strong> de hostnaam van je mailserver, poort 993 met SSL.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Uitgaande server (SMTP):<\/strong> de hostnaam van je mailserver, poort 465 met SSL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>IMAP wordt aanbevolen, zodat je e-mail op al je apparaten synchroon blijft.<\/p>\n<h2>De account toevoegen op de iPhone<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Openen <strong>Instellingen &gt; E-mail &gt; Accounts &gt; Account toevoegen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Kies <strong>Andere<\/strong>, en dan <strong>E-mailaccount toevoegen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Voer je naam, e-mailadres en wachtwoord in.<\/li>\n<li>Stel het type in op <strong>IMAP<\/strong> en voer de inkomende en uitgaande servers in.<\/li>\n<li>Opslaan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Het account toevoegen op Android<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open je e-mailapp en kies de optie om een account toe te voegen.<\/li>\n<li>Selecteer <strong>Andere<\/strong> of <strong>IMAP<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Voer je e-mailadres en wachtwoord in.<\/li>\n<li>Voer de gegevens en poorten van de inkomende en uitgaande server in.<\/li>\n<li>Voltooi de installatie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Problemen oplossen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kan geen verbinding maken:<\/strong> Controleer de hostnaam van de server, de poorten en of SSL is ingeschakeld.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kan wel ontvangen, maar niet verzenden:<\/strong> Controleer de instellingen voor uitgaande e-mail (SMTP) en of authenticatie is ingeschakeld.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wachtwoord geweigerd:<\/strong> Voer het wachtwoord van de mailbox nogmaals zorgvuldig in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Hulp nodig?<\/h2>\n<p>Als je telefoon geen verbinding kan maken, kan ons ondersteuningsteam via de livechat je exacte e-mailinstellingen controleren.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reading your Disoh email on your phone keeps you connected wherever you are.
