Zo kunnen zij specifieke taken uitvoeren zonder dat ze je hoofdlogin hoeven te delen. In deze handleiding wordt uitgelegd hoe contactpersonen werken en hoe je ze veilig kunt instellen.<\/p>\n<h2>Waarom extra contacten gebruiken?<\/h2>\n<p>Een contactpersoon toevoegen is veel veiliger en overzichtelijker dan je eigen wachtwoord delen. Elke contactpersoon heeft zijn eigen inloggegevens en beschikt alleen over de rechten die jij toekent. Dit is ideaal wanneer je iemand de facturering of technische zaken wilt laten regelen, of gewoon bepaalde meldingen wilt laten ontvangen, terwijl jij de algehele controle over het account behoudt.<\/p>\n<h2>Een contactpersoon toevoegen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in op uw klantenportaal.<\/li>\n<li>Open je profiel of het accountmenu en kies <strong>Contactpersonen\/Subaccounts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Kies de optie om een nieuw contact toe te voegen.<\/li>\n<li>Vul hun naam en e-mailadres in.<\/li>\n<li>Kies of u hen een eigen gebruikersnaam wilt geven, en stel in dat geval een wachtwoord in.<\/li>\n<li>Selecteer de machtigingen en meldingen die zij moeten ontvangen.<\/li>\n<li>Opslaan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>De juiste machtigingen kiezen<\/h2>\n<p>Geef alleen datgene wat elke persoon nodig heeft. Typische toestemmingsgebieden die je kunt in- of uitschakelen zijn onder meer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Facturen bekijken en betalen<\/strong> voor iemand die zich bezighoudt met de facturering.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Openstaande supporttickets<\/strong> voor een technisch contactpersoon.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Producten en domeinen beheren<\/strong> voor een ontwikkelaar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ontvang gerichte e-mails,<\/strong> zoals facturen of antwoorden van de klantenservice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Het beperken van machtigingen tot het absolute minimum is een goede beveiligingspraktijk.<\/p>\n<h2>Zelf bepalen welke e-mails ze ontvangen<\/h2>\n<p>Contactpersonen kunnen zo worden ingesteld dat ze bepaalde categorie\u00ebn e-mails ontvangen, zoals facturen, antwoorden van de helpdesk of productmeldingen. Dit is bijvoorbeeld handig als je wilt dat je accountant facturen ontvangt, maar geen technische meldingen. Stel deze voorkeuren in bij het aanmaken van de contactpersoon en pas ze op elk moment aan.<\/p>\n<h2>Contacten beheren of verwijderen<\/h2>\n<p>U behoudt de controle over elk contact.
