Door de opzegging op de juiste manier af te handelen, zorgt u ervoor dat er geen kosten meer in rekening worden gebracht en dat de dienst op het door u gewenste moment wordt be\u00ebindigd. In deze handleiding wordt uitgelegd hoe u een opzegging kunt aanvragen en welke opties u daarbij hebt.<\/p>\n<h2>Voordat u opzegt<\/h2>\n<p>Het opzeggen van een dienst kan ertoe leiden dat gegevens worden verwijderd en dat een website of e-mail niet meer beschikbaar is. Het is daarom de moeite waard om even de tijd te nemen om eerst een aantal zaken te controleren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Maak een back-up van alles wat je wilt bewaren,<\/strong> zoals websitebestanden, databases en e-mails.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verplaats je domein<\/strong> als je van plan bent het ergens anders te bewaren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Controleer of er geen belangrijke zaken van de dienst afhankelijk zijn,<\/strong> zoals e-mailaccounts die nog in gebruik zijn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Hoe vraag je een annulering aan?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in op uw klantenportaal.<\/li>\n<li>Openen <strong>Diensten<\/strong> en selecteer de dienst die u wilt opzeggen.<\/li>\n<li>Kies de <strong>Annulering aanvragen<\/strong> optie op de servicepagina.<\/li>\n<li>Kies het type annulering (zie hieronder) en geef, indien daarom wordt gevraagd, een korte reden op.<\/li>\n<li>Dien het verzoek in om te bevestigen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Opzegging per direct versus opzegging aan het einde van de looptijd<\/h2>\n<p>Meestal krijg je twee tijdstippen aangeboden, en het is belangrijk om de juiste te kiezen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Einde van de factureringsperiode:<\/strong> De dienst blijft actief totdat de huidige betaalde periode afloopt, dus u maakt gebruik van wat u al hebt betaald. Dit is de gebruikelijke keuze.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Met onmiddellijke ingang:<\/strong> de dienst wordt onmiddellijk be\u00ebindigd, waardoor deze eerder offline gaat en niet wordt gewacht tot de looptijd is verstreken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wat gebeurt er nadat je hebt opgezegd?<\/h2>\n<p>Zodra je opzegging op het gekozen tijdstip is verwerkt, wordt de dienst stopgezet en worden toekomstige facturen hiervoor geannuleerd. Als je automatische betalingen had ingesteld, worden er geen kosten meer in rekening gebracht voor die dienst. Houd er rekening mee dat gegevens die aan de dienst zijn gekoppeld, mogelijk worden verwijderd; daarom is het belangrijk om eerst een back-up te maken.<\/p>\n<h2>Ben je van gedachten veranderd?<\/h2>\n<p>Als je een opzegging hebt ingediend maar de dienst toch wilt behouden, kun je het verzoek vaak v\u00f3\u00f3r de opzegdatum via de dienstpagina intrekken, of contact opnemen met de klantenservice voor hulp.
