Simpel gezegd: SPF en DKIM bewijzen dat uw e-mail authentiek is, en DMARC bepaalt wat er gebeurt met e-mail die zich voordoet als afkomstig van u. Door dit in te stellen beschermt u uw merk en vergroot u de kans dat uw echte e-mails de inbox bereiken.<\/p>\n<h2>Waarom DMARC belangrijk is<\/h2>\n<p>Zonder DMARC hebben ontvangende servers, zelfs als je SPF en DKIM hebt, geen richtlijnen voor het omgaan met vervalste berichten, en beslissen ze elk voor zich. DMARC vult die leemte op. Het stuurt je ook rapporten waarin wordt aangegeven wie er e-mail verstuurt via jouw domein, wat van onschatbare waarde is voor het opsporen van misbruik. De belangrijkste voordelen zijn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Anti-spoofing:<\/strong> voorkomt dat criminelen zich op overtuigende wijze voordoen als uw domein.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leverbaarheid:<\/strong> Een duidelijk, op elkaar afgestemd beleid zorgt voor vertrouwen bij e-mailproviders.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zichtbaarheid:<\/strong> Uit rapporten blijkt welke bronnen er allemaal onder jouw domein verzenden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Hoe DMARC werkt<\/h2>\n<p>DMARC wordt gepubliceerd als een TXT-record op een speciale hostnaam, <em>_dmarc.uwdomein.com<\/em>. Hierin wordt het beleid uiteengezet en aangegeven waar meldingen naartoe moeten worden gestuurd. Het beleid kan op drie verschillende niveaus worden toegepast, en het is het beste om deze niveaus geleidelijk te doorlopen naarmate je meer zelfvertrouwen krijgt.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>p=geen:<\/strong> Alleen in de gaten houden, geen actie ondernemen. Begin hier met het verzamelen van rapporten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>p=quarantaine:<\/strong> mislukte e-mails naar de spamfolder sturen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>p = afwijzen:<\/strong> ongewenste e-mails direct blokkeren. De beste bescherming.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Hoe stel je DMARC in?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Zorg er eerst voor dat SPF en DKIM al zijn geconfigureerd en dat ze de validatiecontrole doorstaan.<\/li>\n<li>Log in op uw DNS-beheerprogramma of configuratiescherm.<\/li>\n<li>Maak een <strong>TXT<\/strong> opname met de presentator <em>_dmarc<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Voer een beginwaarde in, bijvoorbeeld <em>v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:you@yourdomain.com<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Sla het op en geef het de tijd om te groeien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Begin met <em>p=geen<\/em>, bekijk de rapporten een paar weken lang om te controleren of al uw legitieme afzenders worden doorgelaten, en verscherp vervolgens het beleid zodat berichten in quarantaine worden geplaatst en uiteindelijk worden geweigerd.<\/p>\n<h2>De rapporten lezen<\/h2>\n<p>De <em>rua<\/em> Het e-mailadres ontvangt dagelijks geaggregeerde rapporten in XML. Deze zijn met het blote oog soms moeilijk te lezen, dus veel mensen gebruiken een gratis DMARC-rapportviewer om ze te kunnen interpreteren. Het doel is om te controleren of elke afzender die namens u e-mails verstuurt, geauthenticeerd is, voordat u een strenger beleid gaat hanteren.<\/p>\n<h2>Problemen oplossen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Legitieme e-mail die in quarantaine wordt geplaatst:<\/strong> Ga terug naar p=none en controleer of SPF en DKIM voor die afzender in orde zijn.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Er zijn geen meldingen binnengekomen:<\/strong> Controleer of het RUA-adres geldig is en of de gegevens correct zijn.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Record niet herkend:<\/strong> Controleer of de host precies _dmarc is.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Hulp nodig?<\/h2>\n<p>DMARC is het meest effectief bij een zorgvuldige, gefaseerde implementatie.
