Het is een van de eenvoudigste en meest effectieve manieren om de afleverbaarheid van e-mail te verbeteren en te voorkomen dat spammers berichten vervalsen die lijken te zijn afkomstig van u. Als uw legitieme e-mails steeds in de spamfolder terechtkomen, is een ontbrekend of onjuist SPF-record vaak de oorzaak.<\/p>\n<h2>Waarom SPF belangrijk is<\/h2>\n<p>Wanneer een ontvangende mailserver een bericht ontvangt dat beweert afkomstig te zijn van jouw domein, controleert deze je SPF-record om na te gaan of de verzendende server geautoriseerd is. Als dat het geval is, wordt het bericht eerder als betrouwbaar beschouwd; zo niet, dan kan het bericht als spam worden gemarkeerd of worden geweigerd. In de praktijk biedt een correct SPF-record op twee manieren voordeel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Betere afleverbaarheid:<\/strong> de kans is groter dat je echte e-mails in de inbox terechtkomen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anti-spoofing:<\/strong> Het is voor anderen moeilijker om valse e-mails te versturen onder de naam van jouw domein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Hoe een SPF-record eruitziet<\/h2>\n<p>Een SPF-record is een TXT-record dat begint met <em>v=spf1<\/em> en geeft een overzicht van de toegestane afzenders, afgesloten met een beleid zoals <em>~alles<\/em> (zachte fout) of <em>-alle<\/em> (ernstige fout). Een typisch record voor een domein dat uitsluitend via zijn eigen host verzendt, zou er als volgt uit kunnen zien: <em>v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.yourprovider.com ~all<\/em>. Je e-mailprovider zal je de exacte waarde doorgeven die je moet gebruiken, zodat je niet hoeft te gissen.<\/p>\n<h2>Hoe voeg je een SPF-record toe?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in op uw DNS-beheerprogramma of configuratiescherm.<\/li>\n<li>Open de <strong>DNS<\/strong> of <strong>Zone-editor<\/strong> paragraaf.<\/li>\n<li>Maak een nieuwe aan <strong>TXT<\/strong> record voor je hoofddomein.<\/li>\n<li>Plak de SPF-waarde die je van je e-mailprovider hebt ontvangen.<\/li>\n<li>Sla het op en geef het de tijd om te groeien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Belangrijk: slechts \u00e9\u00e9n SPF-record<\/h2>\n<p>Een domein mag precies \u00e9\u00e9n SPF-record bevatten. Als je meer dan \u00e9\u00e9n e-maildienst gebruikt (bijvoorbeeld je hostingprovider en een nieuwsbrieftool), moet je deze combineren tot \u00e9\u00e9n record door gebruik te maken van meerdere <em>onder andere:<\/em> verklaringen in plaats van afzonderlijke SPF-records aan te maken.
