# How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your account password, or simply want to update it for security reasons, you can reset it quickly through our client portal.

**Steps to reset your password:**

1. Go to our [Client Portal Login Page](https://my.disoh.com/).
2. Click on **“Forgot?”** below the login form.
3. Enter the email address linked to your account.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email (this may take up to 5 minutes).
   - If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.
5. Follow the link in the email and set a new password.

**Tips for a strong password:**

- Use at least 12 characters.
- Mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
- Avoid using personal details like your name or birthdate.
